Chocolate chips made from chocolate with 70% cocoa content.

Roasted and ground cocoa beans (cocoa liquor) are mixed with sugar, cocoa butter, and vanilla and refined to reach a smooth 20 micron consistency, conched for 6 to 10 hours. No maltodextrin to add shine. Made without lecithin.
